Thwaites has been around for more than 200 years. But while the business might be old, it ain't out of touch. With a new visual identity established in 2024, the brand's tone of voice was next.

After establishing a voice that felt right for Thwaites, we soft-launched our new look and feel through Thwaites' hotels and inns Christmas brochures for 2025, bringing a heartwarming, welcoming, and upbeat vibe to customers all over the country.
