LateRooms.com - The World's First Luxury Pop-up Spa Hotel
In order to raise awareness and improve brand perception, LateRooms.com looked to position its brand as an intrinsic part of every adventure and the first port of call for any spontaneous trip. By partnering with brands synonymous with adventure, we could provide evidence to customers and strengthen LateRooms.com's identity as a facilitator of exciting experiences.
For our Tough Mudder partnership, we looked to create PR opportunities by launching the world's first luxury pop-up hotel and spa. With 'glamping' rising in popularity, our luxury spa activation successfully stole headlines and gained significant traction in the media, which helped raise awareness and penetrate new audiences for both brands.
We also produced a suite of digital assets comparing Tough Mudder's inaugural 5K race to everyday tasks. Using an infographic-inspired approach to design that combined elements of both brands - LateRooms.com's familiar purple and Tough Mudder's orange mud splashes - we were able to create a distinct suite of assets that felt at home within the LateRooms.com look and feel and helped to ease customer perceptions that Tough Mudder events were too hardcore for the average Joe.
